The Respondent sued the Appellant in the Ward Tribunal of Koryo claiming back his late father’s land, which his late father gave to the Appellant for farming. The Ward Tribunal decided in favour of the Appellant. Aggrieved, the Respondent appealed to the District Land and Housing Tribunal. The Tribunal reversed the decision of the Ward Tribunal, decided in favour of Respondent. Aggrieved by the decision of the Tribunal, Appellant appealed to this court.
