The Applicant applied for revision of the proceedings in
Employment Cause No. 533/05 in the Kisutu Resident Magistrates court. Reasons
given for the revision were two; first, that a garnishee order absolute was
issued before issuing a garnishee order nisi; and secondly, that since
application for execution was made after the lapse of one year it was necessary
for notice to be given to the other party to show cause against execution.
