The Appellant, charged with and convicted of armed robbery,
was sentenced to 30 years’ imprisonment. His appeal to the High Court was
dismissed. He further appealed to the Court of Appeal where he challenged the
decision of the High Court on grounds that his right of representation was
violated and that evidence on his identification was weak.
