This is an application for an order of injunction. In his affidavit, the Applicant states that he is the first Respondent’s tenant. The Applicant had to incur the expense of renovating the leased premise after seeking permission from the first Respondent. He had spent over Tshs. 20,000,000/= in the renovation of the suit premises. He had then received a notice to vacate the premises within 14 days from the second Respondent, an auctioneer, who demanded payment of arrears of rent from the Applicant. The Applicant is seeking for an injunction restraining the 1st Respondent from leasing the said premises to a new prospective tenant as the Applicant’s belongings are still inside the premises. The injunction is sought pending the final determination of the main suit.
