The Appellant was charged and convicted with rape contrary to sections 130(2)(e) and 131(1) of the Penal Code. He unsuccessfully appealed to the High Court, hence this appeal. In this Court, he is challenging the decisions of the lower courts alleging inter alia that the preliminary hearing was not conducted according to the provisions of section 192 of the Criminal Procedure Act [Cap 20 R.E. 2002].
