This is the second appeal from the Ward Tribunal in which the Appellant is challenging the decision of the District Land and Housing Tribunal which decided in favour of the Respondent. On the process of delivering the judgment, the appellate tribunal considered additional evidences that were not adduced at the trial tribunal.
