The Appellants filed this appeal against the decision of the District Land and Housing Tribunal of Tanga District at Tanga. However, in their petition of appeal, especially in the “drawn and filed by” column, the Appellants did not show the address. Counsel for the Respondent inter alia challenged the appropriateness of the petition that lacked the address of the drawer.
