The Applicant had formerly filed before this Court an application for leave to Appeal to the Court of Appeal of Tanzania and make certification that there were some points of law involved. That application was struck out for being incompetent as the same cited a wrong provision of the law upon which the Court could derive the power to entertain it. The Applicant is now before this Court applying for extension of time to file an application for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeal of Tanzania and make certification on the ground that there are some points of law involved. Both in his affidavit and the submission in support of the application, the learned Counsel for the Applicant used extra energy attacking this Court for striking out the former application on ground that it had cited wrong provision of the law.
