The Appellants were charged with and convicted of offence of murder contrary to section 196 of Penal Code by the High Court and condemned to suffer death by hanging. Dissatisfied with the decision of the High Court appealed to the Court of Appeal. The Court of Appeal, considered various aspects of the trial including law, evidence and the procedure adopted by the trial court.
