The Appellants herein were charged of murder; however, they
were convicted of the lesser offence of manslaughter contrary to section 195 of
the Penal Code [Cap 16 R.E. 2002]. Each was sentenced to a term of imprisonment
for three years. Aggrieved, the Appellants have preferred this appeal advancing
four (4) ground of appeal. In this appeal the court considered the
appropriateness of the procedure in the trial court.
