The Appellants were aggrieved by the judgment of the
Tribunal and challenged it claiming that the Tribunal erred in its decision by
not considering the evidence of the Appellants. In the Tribunal, it appears
that the first Appellant appeared through a holder of a power of attorney who
testified on his behalf.
