In this notice of motion, the applicant is seeking this
Court’s intervention, so that the Respondents’ Notice of Appeal against High
Court decision be struck out on the ground that the Respondents have failed to
take essential steps to institute their appeal. The Respondent conceded to the
application but prayed that they should not be condemned to pay costs.
