The Plaintiff filed this suit praying for judgment and
decree against the Defendant for breach of contract following failure to pay
professional fee for the consultancy service rendered. The Defendant disputed the
amount of the claim on tow basis. One, that there was no agreement for
rendering such services between them, and, two, that the amount claimed was
arrived at on the basis of arbitrarily fixed formula which was never agreed
upon between them.
