The Respondent filed matrimonial cause no 05/2010 before the Primary Court for divorce and division of matrimonial properties. The Respondent, was given the suit land as her share in jointly acquired matrimonial properties. While she was in the process of executing the decree the Appellant’s brother, filed objection proceedings at the Primary Court contending that the land in disputes belonged to his sisters. The objection proceedings were dismissed for reason that the objector had no locus. He appealed to the District court which equally dismissed his appeal.
