This ruling was on a preliminary objection raised by the 1st, 2nd and 3rd defendants. The preliminary objection was that the suit was time barred, the suit was bad in law for being preferred in contravention of section 6(2) of the Government Proceedings Act and the suit was bad in law for being preferred in contravention of the court order.
