The Appellant petitioned for a decree of divorce and division of matrimonial properties against the Respondent before Bukoba Urban Primary Court. The Primary Court granted a decree of divorce and order of division of matrimonial property. The Appellant dissatisfied with the decision of the Primary Court appealed to the District Court of Bukoba. The District Court dismissed the same for want of merit. The Appellant was further aggrieved hence this appeal.
