This Judgment emanates from a suit (In The Matter of Companies Act, Cap 212) filed by the Petitioner against the three Respondents namely. Briefly the Petitioner in her petition shows that she is among the shareholders of the first Respondent (Ndiyo United Company Limited). The petitioner instituted in this court a petition against the Respondents praying for various reliefs and orders. The main issue before the Court was whether the petitioner’s rights as shareholder have been violated by the Respondents.
