This was an application for revision of proceedings and
orders made by the Resident Magistrate’s Court of Dar es Salaam, at Kisutu. The
respondent filed a counter affidavit some of whose paragraphs contained
extraneous matters by raising points of law instead of facts; however, he
alleged that the application did not disclose any ground for revision
