This application for revision emanates from the order given by the trial court Magistrates cancelling the Applicant’s bail on the ground that the accused’s surety was not a resident of Nansio Kagera in the hamlet of Sokoni as he purported to be. The same was decided in the absence of the Applicant and his surety.
