The Appellants filed a claim at the District Land and Housing Tribunal against the Respondents, including their father, for recovery of land. The plot was registered as jointly owned by the Appellants and their father. Their father sold 4 out of 16 acres to the Respondents. The Appellants challenge the sale transactions on account that it was sold without their consent. They have decided to lodge this appeal following the dismissal of the application at the District Land and Housing Tribunal.
