This is an appeal for purchase of piece of land situate at Ibanda. The matter started at Butimba Ward Tribunal where the Appellant lost the case. Dissatisfied with the decision of the Ward Tribunal she appealed to the District Land and Housing Tribunal for Mwanza, again she lost, hence this appeal. The issue was whether the piece of land subject of this appeal is the sold piece of land or a boundary.
