The Respondent herein unsuccessfully sued the Appellant in the Ward Tribunal of Sumbawanga over ownership of the disputed patch of land measuring about three acres which the former had bought through a public auction. Aggrieved, the Respondent successfully appealed to the appellate District Land and Housing Tribunal. The judgment of the appellate District Land and Housing Tribunal aggrieved the Appellant. He has thus come to this court to challenge the same on four grounds of complaints.
