The Appellant was charged, convicted and sentenced for
murder contrary to section 196 of the Penal Code [Cap 16 R.E. 2002] by the Hugh
Court of Tanzania at Arusha. Dissatisfied with the decision of the High Court
he preferred this appeal challenging both conviction and sentence.
