This is a second appeal concerning a land dispute, whereby,
the Appellant unsuccessfully sued the Respondent in the High Court.
Dissatisfied with the judgment and decree of the High Court, the Appellant
preferred this appeal. The main issue before this Court is who is the lawful
owner of the disputed property.
