This application originates from decision of the High Court. The
Court ordered the applicant to vacate from 40 acres of fully developed land.
Dissatisfied, the Appellant filed an appeal in the Court of Appeal challenging
the decision of the Court. Consequently, the applicant filed this application
for stay of execution of the judgment and decree of the High Court.
