This is an application for stay of execution of the Ruling
and Order of the High Court. The High Court allowed a decree holder to proceed
with the execution of the decree as there was no order to stay its execution
against the judgment debtor. The Appellant has filed this application for stay
of application. The main issue before the Court is whether or not the present
application has met the conditions required by the law.
