This appeal originates from the decision of the High Court,
whereby, the Respondent successfully sued the Appellant for breach of contract.
Dissatisfied, the Appellant lodged the present appeal seeking to impugn the
decision of the High Court. The Respondent raised a preliminary objection to
the effect that, the appeal is incompetent as important documents are missing
in the record of appeal. In reply, the Appellant prayed for the Court to allow
her prepare and file supplementary documents. The main issue before the Court
was whether the appeal is competent.
